I've left my dog here twice now, once for a short weekend and more recently for 2 weeks whilst on vacation. My dog has some separation anxiety and isn't very good with other dogs so I asked to have her in the isolation kennels, they're heated and very clean. The staff are incredible here, they formed a bond with my dog pretty quickly and they spent lots of time playing with her and taking her for short walks. When I came to collect her the staff were genuinely sad to see her go!

First time my rescue cockapoo dog stayed here. Reception lady was friendly but didn’t know my dog so must not have been involved in their care. Handover at pick up was quite negative. Lady wasn’t very warm or reassuring about my dogs stay. Paid for at least 2 dog walks that weren’t carried out, due to my dog reportedly being aggressive towards staff initially. Wasn’t offered refund for this and whilst they informed me she was better later in the week, I wasn’t convinced by her explanation.

Went on holiday for 4/5 days - told staff that was collecting my dog that she needed medication for dry eyes or else she contracts conjunctivitis. Unfortunately when I returned to collect her, she was unable to open both her eyes (her eyes were very red and dry) because they were filled with gunk due to conjunctivitis. The medication seems to have been administered (I supplied them with new tubes so I could check for precisely this reason) but they either did not listen to the instructions properly or the medication was not applied correctly.
