Our second stay this year. Hadrian Pet Hotel were able to accommodate us at short notice for a two night stay. We were greeted by two friendly, professional staff (one being the dog groomer) who were clearly interested in our dog. Upon collection I asked how he’d been as a Weimaraner he can be a bit highly strung and stressy. You could tell from the answer that the care and attention is there. I have taken various cats and dogs over the years and have always been happy. I would highly recommend them.

The dogs seemed fine here, but the staff really didn’t seem to care about them or their owners.

On the 14th of May we went to collect our two dogs, we have used them for over 13 years. On this occasion we have ended up with a vets bill in excess of £3.5k which has been caused by neglect. Our French bulldog now has health issues that will stay with him for the rest of his life. When we arrived at the Pet Hotel we knew immediately that there were serious issues with him, the elderly owner advised us that she knew nothing about it and that we shouldn’t go to the vets as it was a Sunday and that it would cost us a fortune. I don’t want to go into details but please do not under any circumstances leave your pets with them.
