Nell has been coming here since she was 9months old ,she is now 11yrs. And comes 4 times a year. I would never take her anywhere else, it's like home from home for her. Many thanks to the team at Hayes farm for looking after her so well.

It was my dogs first experience of going to the kennels & although she came back clean and seemed happy in herself, she was returned covered in scabs and scars which initially I didn’t notice until I got home. I was told at reception she had been playing a lot with another dog and told by another staff member that “something had happened” with the same dog and that they “had a moment” but didn’t go into detail. At first I thought it was lovely that they let them play together but after careful consideration after the damage that has been caused to my dogs face, I think it would be wise to ask owners if they’re happy for their dogs to interact with other dogs.
