My gerty spent nine weeks at Heathfield due to my having broken my ankle. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The care the lovely Charlotte and Alena gave to my girl was second to none. When I collected her she had just been bathed and spruced up and her bed washed. Highest praise and thanks to everyone at Heathfield.

We recently put our dog into these kennels. It was our first time leaving her. When we went to pick her up there was an overwhelming smell of dog poo in the grounds. Our dog was terrified (which i kind of expected) when we picked her up. But when we got into the car, oh my goodness, the smell. Her white fur was yellow, she had obviously been lying in her own wee. We couldn't wait to get her home to bath her.
