Staff were absolutely amazing and good service but because I took my dog out earlier than planned the owner started talking to me like s#%t. My reason for taking the dog out was because staff would not go in kennels to walk him as some where scared as he had anxiety so i was going down to walk him. The next day dog was fine and the staff were happy with him but the owner still wouldn't let them go in the kennel. One of the staff apologized to me for the way the owner spoke to me and lied. But I told her its not her fault as all the others were amazing.

I was looking at putting my dog here for my wedding day after our sitter let us down last minute. But the owner has to be one of the rudest, most obnoxious people I’ve ever spoken to. I wouldn’t touch this place with a barge pole. So glad I haven’t put my dog here. Dodged a bullet with this one.
