We loved the spacious exercise areas and the cleanliness of the kennels themselves and found the staff super friendly and very thoughtful when considering the feeding and medication routines for our little dog Bertie, who's been under the weather recently. They have a good range of different food and some unusual treats so we all went home very happy.

...Our dog lost 1.6kg in 8 days despite me giving them his normal feed for 9 days, just in case. We had zero feedback on his stay when we picked him up. Tried to call them several times to find out what had gone wrong. Left countless answer phone messages (nobody EVER picks up the phone). After 5 days of trying, finally got a call back with a very apologetic woman explaining we should have been told to leave 20% more than his usual feed because of increased activity & that she was very sorry that they had missed this. We weren’t informed of this at all...
