We love this place. Our dog cannot get through the gate fast enough but can be reluctant to come home We use the kennels and shop frequently. Staff are excellent when welcoming pets to the kennels where they are cared for superbly. The shop has a wide and varied stock, staff are always cheerful and welcoming, also very professional and knowledgeable about foods and other products.

We booked our 2 year old Frenchie to stay over Christmas. We left a deposit - but trying to speak to anyone by phone to confirm was virtually impossible. Friendly staff but disorganised. They neglected to check his vaccination records. He returned and it was obvious he hadn’t pooed in at least two days. They kept a lot of our dried food so no idea what happened there?
