Just got Max home after his recent stay. Came home happy & obviously well cared for & loved by all. Not used to being away so was anxious & owner stayed on the couch at night with him to soothe him. Extremely happy to recommend to my many many dog friends & will certainly be using them again.

Booked our dog in to cover our upcoming honeymoon this August directly after a successful stay in February. 2 weeks before our wedding and Knowhead are unresponsive to us on any means of communication, phone, text, Facebook or email. Had to find last minute accommodation for our dog, a simple reply to any of our communications even if they had made a mistake in the booking is the minimum level of customer service I expect to receive from a company.
