Laburnum kennels are great and the staff are lovely and we have no problem leaving our boy in their care whenever we need to. We completely trust them in looking after our boy and he loves staying there. Usually he starts crying before we arrive to drop him off and goes off with one of the staff tail wagging and not as much as a look back when we say cheerio, it truly is a great kennels.

They took my dog at short notice which was good. But they let him destroy his lead by leaving it where he could chew it. Overall he seemed very distressed when he came back, he scarcely moved for a day and took a few days to get back to normal. I won't use them again unless I'm really desperate.

We picked up our 2 dogs yesterday and couldn't believe the poor service that we received. The week before when we dropped the dogs off, I informed the staff member that we were arriving home a day earlier and asked if we could pick up the dogs between 12 and 1pm on our return to which she said wasn't a problem. We arrived at the kennels at 12:10 to be informed that it was everyone's lunch hour so we had to wait until 1pm for them to go back to work... Our dogs smelt of wee and we didn't get any kind of apology for having to wait 1 and half hours.
