My babies have returned from the kennels and it's lovely to see they have been well looked after, again. It's hard leaving them but your staffs' friendliness makes it a lot easier. The photos on Facebook were great to see whilst we were away and it's a brilliant touch to what can be a stressful situation (to me, not them ha ha). They are happy and tired and will be back next month for the 2nd part of their summer holidays.

Loki spent 13 days in the care of Landon Boarding Kennels and he looked frightened and a mess when I picked him up. When I discussed boarding the dog Landon said, as a matter of fact, that all dogs are washed and groomed as part of the service but when I collected him he was wet, shivering and in a very un-groomed state, then they charged £10 for the wash not requested? I soon notice that he had lost weight and he looked frightened and was limping. On enquiry I was told he would not eat and that he had been to the vets with a sore pour and I was presented with a bill of circa £50 from THEIR vet when I had been assured that if a problem arose I would be contacted (did not happen) and he would be taken to HIS vets...
