Firstly I would say this looks like a great facility - lovely clean kennels and great set up, its just that we were made to feel very unwelcome. We booked in a visit as potential boarding for our lovely rescue dog but from the start of the visit, we just felt very unwelcome and blockers put in our way to proceed - everything seemed to be problematic. It's a real shame as I think the boarding would have been a great environment for our boy and he would have adapted brilliantly but from the start of the visit we felt very excluded and it was clear that they did not want to proceed - we really felt that they did not want to take our dog.
