This was the 2nd and much longer stay at Moorview kennel and boarding for our reactive girl. I couldn’t have been happier. She was obviously well looked after by Gwen and team, sounds like she was really part of the family during her stay. I will be using Moorview kennel and boarding again as very few cater for reactive pooches but Gwen really took care of ours. 5 stars from me and from Juno!

Never again. Based on the favourable reviews and an initial inspection of the kennels, we left our 8 year-old cross collie there for 14 days. When we collected him, I asked "So was he OK?" and the answer was "He was fine". But he was not. His water bowl was not only empty but dry. His bed was damp and stank of urine. He stank of his own urine, even though he is is normally a very fastidious dog who hates to even urinate in his own yard. He was dehydrated and drank 2 full bowls of water after we got home again. He had lost weight and condition and was subdued in his behaviour. He was also very hungry.
