With an extensive selection of both wet and dried foods from reputable brands like Skinners, James Wellbeloved, Wafcol, Nature Diet, and Pedigree Chum, they strive to accommodate the preferences and requirements of all dogs. Owners with pets on special, prescribed, or organic diets are encouraged to bring their own food to ensure continuity in their pet’s nutrition, with fridges and freezers available for storage. Dogs are generally fed twice daily, with the schedule flexible enough to mimic the routine they’re used to at home. This level of personal care and attention to dietary needs underlines Newgate’s commitment to providing a comfortable and nurturing environment for dogs during their stay.

I would like to say a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart. My daughter was admitted to hospital for nearly two weeks and I was in panic about my puppies, the staff here were fantastic, they met all of my dogs needs and worked around myself to help as best they could have. I've just picked my 20week lab and 1yr old staffador up and they're so happy, exhausted but happy! I can tell they've been well looked after!!

Boarded our miniature schnauzer for a week. When we collected him he was hoarse from barking - obviously having being ignored. He was also extremely stressed. Not even allowed to look round kennels before boarding. Attitude of staff was aloof. Definitely not impressed.
