My pooch has stayed at Noosabay several times over the last five years and always comes home with a huge smile on her face. The staff are very friendly, professional, and go the extra mile for the dogs in their care. As a rule I don’t like leaving her in kennels, but this feels more like home from home. It’s also very handy for day care.

We alway use them. But we were disappointed. We booked our dog in for Latitude Festival 2022 and when we picked him up we booked him in for Latitude 2023. When we confirmed a few days before the festival they had lost the booking. And really couldn’t have cared less. It really inconvenienced us.
