We had looked around for a kennels that would meet the needs of our two dogs. We turned up through the week without ringing ahead and the owners Jackie and Steven where so welcoming and the place was so inviting. One of our dogs Elsie is 13 years old and the other one Rocco is 20 weeks old now so just a young pup. I felt very confident, however two days before we were due to fly the oldest dog had a stroke ! My husband phoned and spoke to Steven and he put our minds at ease straight away, he had knowledge of this and was very reassuring ! She made an improvement so we dropped them off and went on holiday. I phoned a few times and they were great. They also rang the vets to keep them informed!

Not good at all. Paid full amount and was told after 5 minutes that my dog was too aggressive. I asked if we could just try another 10-15 mins to try to calm my dog as he isn't an aggressive dog at all he was just overwhelmed and frightened, which we knew as his owners that we could have overcome if he'd have offered us a little more time to settle him in, not just 5 minutes and then decision made. I was told no, decision was made. Full stop. And only offered a small refund not full payment back...
