I cannot praise these guys highly enough, especially Carl. We have a nervous, anxious, reactive Belgian Malinois. I was simply dreading taking her in. From the moment she arrived, she was very happy and so calm!! Carls relaxed nature allowed her to feel safe. She didn't react at all. Miracle!. She was so content that her tail didn't just wag - it rotated like a helicopter!! These guys just know their dogs and understand how they interact. It's an absolute game changer for us. We now have a safe haven to take her when we need a break, knowing she's in very capable hands...

My choc lab stayed here for a week. Clean and helpful, very noisy but so are most kennels.

While moving house I left my healthy 4 years old dog there for 6 weeks. I‘ve been at the kennel on multiple occasions during this period and I’ve been told I can’t see her because “It would upset her and then we have to deal with it.”. Once I sorted my living conditions and was able to pick her up she was in horrible condition. She was obese (assume the lack of exercise) had fever and most of her teeth were broken and/or seriously damaged. The infection of her teeth and gums was so severe she needed an emergency surgery on the same day. After questioning their lack of care they said they are there to keep the dog and not to deal with health issues. They made me visit the kennel every other week and asked for a payment, so could not withdraw any of this money and they refused to pay for her vet fees which in the end was more than £ 1000. My healthy happy dog nearly lost her life due to their lack of care. You don’t want to make the mistake of leaving your best friend there.
