I have a Romanian rescue who’s fearful of new people so I was nervous about taking her. The staff are very knowledgeable and made her feel at ease from the get go. I was able to leave without any fuss. She got back and if she’s usually stressed she will be on edge but she was her usual self from the get go. Can’t thank pawprints enough.

I took my dogs here and picked them up 4 days early, I am glad I did, they have lost weight since leaving them. I also paid for the Penthouse kennel, i would not even waste your money paying for penthouse because you don't get anything different from the standard kennels. I picked both my dogs up and they was freezing cold, even though there is meant to be heating in the penthhouse my dogs was shaking and hungry...
