I left my black lab here whilst I went away for a couple of days. He was dropped on the Monday at 10am and collected at 11am on the Wednesday. When I was told the amount to pay I wasn’t happy as I’d been charged for the full day/night on the Wednesday. I questioned this and was told it’s because the kennel is booked out to you all day. I’m sorry but that kennel could be cleaned and be ready for another customer especially as I picked him up in the morning.
