We were anxious to leave our bouncy labrador with anyone, but the process with PetStay couldn't have been easier. Good comms to gauge our dogs temperament and then matched with a lovely family with similar day to day goings on to ourselves. They cared for her like she was their own, real home from home, with regular picture updates whilst we were away. Will do again and would recommend.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Pet Stay said they could cover a weekend for me. Booked to meet a carer - I had to take a day annual leave because the carer’s availability was so limited. Pet Stay cancelled this at short notice. They then rebooked me with someone else. This was also then cancelled. Spent a month wasting time emailing back and forth in total. This seems like a really disorganised and unreliable company - I’d not trust them with my dog.
