We have been using Quiet Acres for many years, first with our dog, Sally, and now with two cats, Peter and Thomas. Sally had a lot of eye problems and in her latter years needed medication a number of times a day. She eventually became blind, and not only did Quiet Acres, uncomplainingly, continue the many times daily treatment, but also put her in the same kennel on each visit so that she would be familiar with her surroundings...

This was the first time we had to leave our dog in kennels and I wish we could of gone some where else, but these were the only ones with space when we needed it. The kennels looked quite old and look like they could be cold in winter. Our dog came back smelling quite bad, we did book in for her to have a bath (one of the services they offer) but there was a 'clerical error' so she did not get her bath.
