I dropped off my dog and the staff were professional and welcoming . They explained the daily routine and how my dog will be looked after on the day to day basis. When I picked him up after 11 days stay he was happy and healthy. I have no complaints and I look forward to use this kennel permanently.

...A few days before booking I called the kennels to ask whether to bring him in with a muzzle on, I was told if he was this bad they would not take him and that when I come to drop him off I needed to stay for 15mins and if they didn't get on with him I wouldn't be able to leave him there! With a holiday booking in place this was not what I wanted to hear. I then called them back the next day to see if I could take him up there to meet the day before so if there was any issues I still had 24 hours to sort something else out, I left a voicemail to that effect and tried to call multiple times with no answer or call back...
