I am absolutely appalled at the disrespect and intolerable manner that Shelley’s kennels deemed appropriate to handle a playful, puppy. Who is in no means dangerous. Firstly by displaying narrow minded decisions to cruelly attach a collar to spray water in the face of a first time puppy suffering from withdrawal, and Refusing to accept a loving Doberman puppy due his jumping up tendencies- this is due to being excited and not yet comfortable in his surroundings...
