We are taking our baby there tomorrow and while we're there we will be booking her in for October. We leave her here at least twice a year and she always comes home happy and relaxed. It's as if she has been on holiday as well as us. The staff are very attentive and clearly interact with our pets. I know this because they told us they found a lump on our dog's neck. Our dog loves the staff here. In fact, the last time we collected her she quickly greeted us and then ignored us to get cuddles from the staff.

Worst place to send your dog, left him (my German shepherd) for a day and he came back smelling awful, looked very melancholy and stressed, the employees said they would walk and play with him but in actual fact they didn’t and instead just left him isolated in a kennel (one employee said they don’t do walks and the manager said they walk them early in the morning), so that was a lie, also they didn’t give him the food we provided and gave him “there own supply” which caused him to have diarrhoea for a week or so.
