Kennels are clean. The staff are very accommodating to our dogs needs and diets. The dogs get a good walk during the day and seem to be well looked after while they stayed there. We have used this kennels several times now and have always been very pleased with them.

Picked my dog up yesterday at 4.30pm he was dead by 7pm! Pure neglect! Not one phone call to emergency numbers to say he was unwell or vet to go see him, he sat in his own urine for days he was covered in sores and absolutely stunk! He was like skin and bone when I picked him up and he couldn’t even stand I had to carry him to the car and straight to the vets where he had to be put to sleep due to kidney failure!
