First time using the grange retreat and it was honestly amazing! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! They paper work given us so detailed it insures it’s like going from home to home. The daily updates were so helpful for peace of mind due to it being the first time leaving them and they truly had the best time. The staff truly treated them like their own! They also come back smelling amazing after their groom!

Couldn't even book. Spent 10 minutes filling in online form wanting details about insurers like there address... then they say they got no space for them dates, are there any other dates they can help with. I ask what dates are available they then say she's not registered for kennel cough so can't stay in next two weeks.
