We've left our dogs at these kennels a few times and they always seem to have been well treated despite seeming a bit stressed when they leave. However, our youngest dog has just come away with kennel cough. I noticed it as soon as we collected her and wanted to see if the member of staff would say anything when I brought the 'honking' to her attention. Her attitude seemed to change to slight annoyance at it being brought to her attention, then saying "Oh, she wasn't doing that before". Sorry, but I find that hard to believe. I'll now have to keep a close eye on my dog over the next few days and probably take her to the vet (more expense). I won't be using these kennels again.
