Excellent, friendly and helpful owners. Went out of their way to ensure my mind put at rest. They even provided a collection and drop off service. They are happy to provide updates too. My dogs returned well and happy after their holiday! I will definitely use Three Acres again.

Cancelled within 24 hours of booking as our holiday cancelled. Our dog weren’t due to go in for 8 weeks so they agreed to pay me the refund. Strangely wouldn’t put it back onto my card and wanted me to go in person so he could put it into his card machine? Agreed but with local bridge closed and work commitments it might be a while which was replied with a “Not a problem”. Phoned up today to say we were coming to be greeted with them saying no refunds are given only vouchers and thats all your getting. We are now going through legal action against them as there not nice people to deal with! AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE!!!!
