Such an amazing team who are so lovely and attentive to your pets. My two dogs have just stayed here for 10 days (they did last year as well) and both times have been an 11/10 service. My dogs love it. They were happy to head off with the member of staff when dropped off and would have gone back in when we picked them up (they weren’t fussed about us!). Would not send my pugs anywhere else!!

...our first stay was perfect. However the second stay was during a particularly hot weather spell and they were given instructions both on email and verbally not to exercise or leave our English bulldogs outside in the heat. Upon collecting both our bulldogs were visibly overheating and in distress, my male bulldogs tongue was turning blue, think another half an hour we could have been in serious trouble. Luckily I knew what to do...
