Knowledgeable, caring, flexible and friendly. Apparently the grub is delicious and all the staff can play footie better than I can. That's my dog's opinion. I'm always delighted to see him rush in, tail wagging. And, considering the level of service, it's very good value for money!

There was only 1 reaso in my mind that these kennels were not full during school holidays and if i had been blessed with hindsight i would have done more research.No customer service skills with humans let alone dogs....on my dogs return so many people have also had horror stories of their own...
