I have a rescue dog with a few behavioural 'quirks'. I adopted her 2 years ago and she had never been away from me so leaving her somewhere new when I needed it was a tough choice. Woodhaven wrote lots of notes on how she prefers to be handled at drop off and I felt really confident they understood her from the get go. They were happy to keep me updated while she was there too so I was able to relax knowing all was going well. She is already booked in for her next stay...

DO NOT take your dog to this kennel! My dog was in for 2 nights, not walked and she couldn’t wait to poo when we got home. I weighed out her food for the stay in individual bags so all they had to so was give her one whole bag per meal. She came back with half of her food still in bags. The second time she stayed she was in for 3 nights and now 2 weeks later her poos are like water and is now on chicken and rice to try sort her belly out. She wasn’t walked again and she couldn’t wait to get out of there when i picked her up!
