Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the UK, covering all of mainland UK. A surcharge applies for shipments to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods via Royal Mail:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the point of order.
- Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. This service is available for an additional charge.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the cart:
- Standard Shipping: Minimum charge of £4.99 for orders under £100.
- Free Shipping: For orders of £100 or more.
- Surcharge: Applies for shipments to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are based on Royal Mail’s estimated times:
- 1st Class: 1-2 business days.
- 2nd Class: 3-5 business days.
- Special Delivery: Next-day delivery, if ordered before 2 pm.
Order Tracking
- Special Delivery Next-Day Packages: Tracking information is provided.
- All Orders: Customers receive order tracking updates, allowing them to see the status of their order (processing, dispatched, etc.).
Packaging
We prioritize eco-friendly packaging:
- Materials: Recycled cardboard, unbranded to minimize ink and plastic usage.
- Fragile Items: Carefully packed with protective inner packaging and labeled as “fragile” on the outside.
Shipping Restrictions
- Weight Limits: Orders exceeding 8kg will be split into multiple deliveries.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the event of lost or damaged items:
- Responsibility: Royal Mail is responsible for rectifying lost or damaged items.
- Interim Replacement: We will replace any lost or damaged items in the interim and handle the claim with Royal Mail ourselves, ensuring no delay for the customer.
